Do you need a Toastmaster at your wedding?
Weddings are very costly affairs and I’m in no doubt that I am probably going to be right at the bottom of most brides lists of wedding day must haves ( if indeed I am lucky enough even to get on the list at all ).
Most hotels offer to provide an MC so why would you want to pay for something you’ve already got.
In fact everyone I’ve ever spoken to who has engaged the services of a professional Toastmaster has said how glad they were that they did.
One gentleman said to me that out of everything he’d paid for I was the cheapest and yet without doubt the best investment of all.
Having an experienced person on hand to coordinate each stage of your wedding reception, to liaise with suppliers, caterers, entertainers, musicians etc, look after your guests and guide you through the day can be a massive help.
When you think about how much time and energy you have put into planning your wedding it is absolutely essential that you enjoy every second. Having to concern yourself over the detail on the day is the last thing you want.
Unfortunately not everyone is as dedicated to their job or as reliable as you expect them to be. Sometimes things can go wrong.
My job is to be on hand to sort out any problems on your behalf, to keep a friendly eye on proceedings and to look after you and your family and friends.
I am always very visible in my red tailcoat and I provide an obvious point of contact for your guests. If they have any questions or need assistance I am there to help.
I try as far as possible to introduce myself to everyone. I like to give the guests a warm and friendly welcome and I do my best to see that people are being well looked after from the moment they arrive.
You could say that I am there to provide a safe pair of hands. I will be doing my best to see that your plans unfold perfectly and that you have a wonderful time.
If you would like to talk to me about my role as Toastmaster, what I do and how much I charge then please feel free to call me without obligation. I’d love to hear from you.
Regards
Ron
